Professional Standards - Family Law
The following "draft standards," as prepared by the Professional Standards (Family Law) Committee, were approved for distribution to the membership for the purpose of member consultation by the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society Council on May 28, 2010.
For full detail on the mandate of the Committee, as well as the nature and scope of its work, please be sure to read the Introduction from D. Timothy Gabriel QC posted below. The Introduction also explains how to read and use the "draft standards" and identifies some of the key areas with respect to which feedback from the membership is being sought.
